Roveworks
Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 July 2026
Who we are
Roveworks is a business operated by Haytham Drissi, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Roveworks builds AI and automation systems for operations teams.
For any question about this policy or about your personal information, contact Haytham@roveworks.ca. Haytham Drissi is the person accountable for personal information under this policy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the Recruiter's Time-Leak Audit form, we receive:
- Your email address
- The figures you entered into the calculator — hours lost per week per recruiter, number of recruiters on your desk, and cost per recruiter per hour
- The totals calculated from those figures, including estimated annual hours and annual cost across your team
- Any message text generated or written alongside your submission
We want to be explicit about this, because it is more than an email address: the figures you enter describe how your business operates, and they are transmitted to us along with your email when you submit the form.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this site:
- Our hosting provider records standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request
- We use Netlify's built-in analytics to measure aggregate page performance and traffic
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To deliver the guide you requested
- To respond to you and follow up about automation work, where you have indicated interest
- To understand how the site performs and improve it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Some of your information passes through service providers we rely on:
| Service | What it handles |
|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Processes submissions from the Time-Leak Audit form and delivers them to our inbox. Your email address, calculator figures, and message pass through this service. |
| Netlify | Hosts this website, records server logs, and provides aggregate performance analytics. |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typeface used on this site. Loading a page requests font files from Google's servers, which involves sending your IP address to Google. |
| Google Calendar | Handles call bookings. Clicking "Book a call" takes you to Google's scheduling page, where Google's own privacy policy applies. |
These providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, the information may be accessible to foreign courts, law enforcement, and government authorities under the laws of that country.
Consent
Submitting the form is your consent for us to contact you about the guide you requested and about automation services. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing Haytham@roveworks.ca. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything we sent before you asked us to stop.
Every commercial email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed for the purpose they were given, and to meet any legal or record-keeping obligation. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Protecting your information
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to submissions is limited to Haytham Drissi. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent to further contact
Email Haytham@roveworks.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta at oipc.ab.ca.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle personal information will be reflected here before they take effect.
